Creamy Buttermilk Pie
1 tsp Vanilla extract 3 Large eggs 1/2 cup Cultured buttermilk, reduced fat 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 2/3 cup Sugar 1 Deep dish pie crust, 9", ready to bake 1/2 Salted butter, stick

1. Blend buttermilk, sugar and butter. Add eggs and mix well. Blend in vanilla and cinnamon thoroughly.

2. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
