1/4 c Flour 3/4 c Sugar 1 c Cream or canned evaporated Milk 1 tb Lemon juice 5 Fresh pears, peeled & diced Or canned Pears in light syrup 1/4 ts Cinnamon 1 tb Sugar 9 In unbaked pie shell
Sift together flour & sugar. Stir in cream & lemon juice. Mix until smooth. Add pears. Pour into shell. Sprinkle top with sugar & cinnamon. Bake in 400 oven for 45-50 minutes. Cool until set. **Apples or peaches may be used.
