1 deep graham cracker pie shell 1 Royal or Jello cheesecake mix 1 sm. pkg. coconut 1 sm. container Cool Whip 3/4 c. eggnog 3/4 c. milk Candy for garnish (Christmas type)
Mix cheese cake according to package directions, except, instead of 1 1/2 cups milk, use 3/4 cup milk and 3/4 cup eggnog. Pour into pie shell. Chill until firm. Spread Cool Whip over entire pie thick enough to fill to top. Sprinkle coconut over entire pie. Garnish with Christmas Candy.
