1 c. milk 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. lemon juice 1 tbsp. grated lemon peel 1/2 c. Bisquick 4 eggs 1/2 c. butter, diced
Place all ingredients in blender and blend 2-3 minutes or mix well with electric beater. Pour into buttered 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until custard is set. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon sugar over baked pie. Place under broiler until slightly browned. Cool and serve with whipped cream if desired.
