4 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 2 1/2 c. skim milk 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla Unbaked calorie reduced Pie Shell Ground Nutmeg
Beat eggs slightly in bowl, using a rotary beater. Add sugar, salt, skim milk and vanilla, beating until well blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in 450° oven 20 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° and bake 15 minutes more, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on rack. Makes 8 servings.
