1 prepared deep dish pie shell 1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk Juice of 2 lemons 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 2 egg yolks 2 c. diced canned peaches 1 lg. container Cool Whip
Blend milk and lemon juice together. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add 1 egg yolk at a time, beating well after each addition. Add peaches and mix. Fold cheese and peach mixture into milk mixture. Put into cooled baked pie shell. Use 1 large container of Cool Whip for topping; chill and eat.
