Pecan Pie
3 large eggs 1 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 Tbsp melted butter 1 cup light corn syrup 1 1/4 cup pecans 1 tsp vanilla 1 unbaked 9" pie shell
Preheat oven to 375º F, beat eggs, vanilla, sugar & salt. Add butter & syrup & mix in pecans. Bake 40-45 minutes in pie shell.
