This is the same sauce used by many pizzerias. You can adjust the thickness with the amount of water used.
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste 1 1/2 to 2 tomato paste cans of water 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced Salt, to taste Ground black pepper, to taste 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano 1/2 tablespoon dried basil 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed rosemary
Mix well the tomato paste, water and olive oil. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and let stand several hours to let flavors blend. No cooking is necessary. Just spread onto the dough.
Pizza Sauce
1 c. tomato juice 1 c. tomato paste 1 tbsp. oil 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1 tbsp. honey 1/2 tsp. ground basil 1/2 tsp. ground oregano 1/2 tsp. marjoram 1/2 tsp. salt
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for about 30 minutes. Use on top of pizza. Per 1 cup serving (amount for 1 medium to large pizza)
