In a bowl, beat together: 1 c. evaporated milk 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper
Pour over other ingredients. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon parsley flakes. Return to oven and bake at 425 degrees about 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow to cool 5 minutes before cutting into wedges. Serves 4 to 5.
