SAUSAGE, GARLIC AND MUSHROOM PIZZA

6 oz. sausage
Pam
12 oz. finely chopped mushrooms
1/2 c. diced onions
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. evaporated skimmed milk
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. shredded provolone cheese
1/4 c. grated fresh Romano cheese
1 boboli pizza crust or any other premade pizza crus

Cook sausage in skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain and dry on toweling. Set aside.
Coat skillet with Pam spray place over medium heat until hot. Add mushrooms, onions, garlic and cook 7 minutes. Add milk and parsley, cook an additional 2 minutes. Sprinkle provolone cheese over pie crust leaving a 1/2 border. Spread mushroom mixture evenly over cheese and top with sausage. Sprinkle Romano cheese over pizza. Bake at 500 degrees for 12 minute on bottom rack of oven. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
